Spectral response measurements of photovoltaic modules by partial irradiation method

摘要

This paper describes the method for spectral response measurements of photovoltaic modules by partial irradiation method. The measurement principle is discussed by using series connection of I-V curves and operating voltage under the spectral response measurements. Spectral response of each cell in PV modules can be separately measured by the present method. Based on this analysis, a detailed procedure for the spectral response measurement of photovoltaic modules is developed.
