Research of Marine Traffic Information Sharing Technology Based on WEB

Marine traffic information is very important to both ensuring security and improving efficiency in marine traffics.In order to realize the objective of sharing marine traffic information,a marine traffic information sharing system is designed,whose base is WEBGIS and Internet.Its electronic chart meets the standard of IHO-S57.Moreover,it multiplies with AIS and other kinds of marine traffic information,such as navigation aid information and so forth.Depending on this system,marine traffic information can be shared in-time.And this fact enables vessels and marine governing departments to acquire marine traffic information efficiently and conveniently.The information sharing is very limited among marine traffic,and the information islands keep isolated,which in-time announcement is impossible and the marine transportation safety and efficiency are weaken.Obviously,this could not adapt to current "Marine Data Transportation" technology development and slow-down the development of marine transportation.Therefore,we should speedy the research of information sharing and in-time announcement of navigation aid information and should build up suitable traffic dynamic data applying system to meet the demands of marine traffic safety and ocean ecology,as well to increase the operating efficiency of ports.The sharing information system of marine traffic based on WEB running with WEBGIS technology,making up a in-time sharing system with IHO-S57 electronic chart and melting information from different routes and such system could work well with internet.This system could take advantage of internet resource and serve with in-time marine transportation information and realize timely declaration of Navigation-Aid and marine transportation.The in and out vessel,marine concerned parties and public could login in intemet wired or wirelessly and at the general IE browse,they could operate with digital chart and database of navigation information,achieving convenient and prompt inquiry and obtainment of latest marine transportation information accordingly.
