STRENGTH ESTIMATION OF ADHESIVE BONDING

摘要

Strength estimation of adhesive bonding is reviewed on the basis of the authors' research works. Several standard methods of estimating the strength of adhesive bonding are introduced. It is pointed out that the adhesive strength is lack to attain the strength design of adhesive bonding. The adhesive strength law is proposed for the strength estimation of adhesive bonding. The several applications of the adhesive strength law present for adhesive joint, resin packaging and solder joint.
