Human FM and profitability - no contradiction! Illustrated by the modernisation of a midsized corporate office skyscraper

This article deals with a more human approach to facilities management which actively supports the change management process (changes in management structures) within companies. The case study describes a former municipal organisation that had been accommodated in outdated and oversized office facilities that no longer met their business requirements. The author describes their approach, and the opportunities and challenges they have been faced with during the implementation of the project.
