GEFMA Guideline 186 - warranty regarding facility management

The guideline shows the legal basis of warranties and their handling in praxis. It explains legal rights and shows possibilities of pushing them through. Furthermore it gives advice how to arrange contracts regarding different warranty forms. The Facility Manager who knows his rights is able to achieve the highest possible standard of services and counteracts the loss of money because the contractual partners have to repair defects on their costs.
