In this lecture will be presented a working process in circuit of planning-execution-operation, which would include merits in preventing duplicated works, taking the Medizinischen Versorgungszentrum in Berlin as an example and especially out of the following practices: 1. On the Facility Management planning, execution and documentation throughout the procedures 2. Regal way of operations (responsibility of owner) 3. Planning for whole operational and working security, considering the maintenance-strategy, which was basic throughout planning to operational phase (for example leaning on actual DIN 32835 and GEFMA 922) 4. Conceptionning of man power and optimal personal positioning.
