摘要

The purpose of this paper is to present a methodology for increasing the probability that good customer relations are kept and enhanced during the installation of AMR. The focus is that an AMR project, whether electric, water, gas or combination of these, has the opportunity to not only improve the meter reading aspects of the utility, but also to improve customer relations. In order to better understand how this improvement in customer relations may to occur, we will first visit the major aspects of an AMR project.
