National Institute of Information Communications Technology (NICT) has been developing Cesium atomic fountain primary frequency standards. For the construction of a new fountain, we have made the most use of the experiments and the results in the previous fountain. Also, we improved an optical system for the stable operation and installed a new microwave synthesizer. So far, we have achieved the frequency stability of 6X10~(-13)/(tau)~(1/2).
