摘要

Based on the frictional and impact chatter, a new system model of cutting process is presented in this paper. In this paper, with the application of piezoelectric actuators in two directions x and y, an approach for adaptive control of frictional and impact chatter for metal cutting by piezoelectric actuator is presented in this paper. The result of the numerical study showed the effectiveness of control of frictional and impact chatter with piezoelectric actuator.
