Abrasive wear refers to the phenomenon of wear that occurs when one of the wear surfaces was harder than the other and more uneven, or when solid particles intervene between the two surfaces (The second phenomenon was studied in this research). The former was the same as sanding and the latter was the same as wearing sand between two metal plates. Because these parts are used in working environments with sand or metal so that it mainly occurs in attachment members such as teeth and underbody parts in construction machinery. And then this leads to higher costs and lower efficiency, etc. Therefore, the development of abrasive wear resistant materials and life prediction are urgent issues.
