Towards a Model for Global Knowledge Management within the Enterprise

This paper introduces an empirical model so-called Model for Global Knowledge Management Within the Enterprise (MGKME). The MGKME is people-focused. It supplies a global vision that integrates the four dimensions of Knowledge Management, namely: economic and strategic dimension, organizational dimension, socio-cultural dimension, and technological dimension.
