An Intelligent Wireless Application for Blood Pressure Self-Monitoring

摘要

The sum of this paper is to enhance the traditional management of the physician/patient relationship that consumes a huge amount of physician's time. Using new communication technologies and ensuring that patients fully understand and are able to manage their situations is an important component of disease control. We have designed, developed and evaluated a dynamic wireless application for the management of high blood pressure. The application is a decision support system that helps physicians savetime and focus on complex health care problems. It is intelligent and adaptable to the needs of each patient's health care status.
