We propose a new method for the determination of the Lc-spectrum, chemical composition and physical parameters in of Planetary Nebulae (PNe) and HII regions in Blue Compact Dwarf Galaxies (BCDGs) based on optimized photionization modelling (OPhM). Our method is based on OPhM of PNe and HII regions in BCDGs. For photoionization models (PhM) calculation we used the code CLOUDY 96 (Ferland 2004) and the code PHYMIR included in CLOUDY 96 as function for optimization. In the case of PNe the radial hydrogen density distribution was defined by law obtained in Golovatyi et al. (1993).
