摘要

It is now two years since we presented the PROTEUS/MYRIADE multi-missions ground segment and operations concept at the 5th RCSGSO symposium. The first satellites using the multi-mission ground segment are now flying and several other projects are in progress. Concerning the ground segment, it is operational for MYRIADE and about to be operational for PROTEUS. Work in progress for next missions show that the approach is cost effective, the main drawback being the complexity of the human organization. Concerning the operations, preparation appears to be more expensive than expected on the first PROTEUS mission, but cost savings are really expected from the second mission. MYRIADE flying missions are now in routine mode as expected.
