摘要

River Xiaoqing plays an important role on the economic and tourist of shandong province. On the basis of mass investigation to the pollution state of the non-tiding upper reach of River Xiaoqing in Jinan, combining systematical analysis method, the mathematical model of water quality for the reach has been built. Both increasing and decreasing oxygen factors have been taken into account while modeling , the reliability of the water quality model is greatly ensured. The simulating and planning of the water quality are finished emphatically. At the meantime, the currently software -MATLAB toolbox is used in this paper.
