The traditional method of the impact sensitivity is manual and harmful to the operator. In order to improve the test efficiency and protect the health of the operator, aiming at these disadvantages and the level of the development of automation and virtual instrument, a suit of advanced impact sensitivity test system is developed. The system can automatically accomplish the impact sensitivity test and has many new functions. The automatic feeding part can feed more than 25 samples at one time and move the tested sample out of the test place. It consists of chain belt, wheel and the stepping motor. The ball bearing bolt driven by the stepping motor is used to fine height orientation at arbitrary place. The pneumatic components are used to hold the hammer to avoid the second impact. The electromagnet is used to attract or release the hammer. Both explosive gas and noise are measured by the noise instrument and the gas sensors. In order to realize the automotive judgement of the blast, the multi-sensor fusion is used. The monitoring computer can indicate the system state at the same time. After every test, the report can be output subsequently by the computer. The test system based on instrument is reasonable, reliable and performable.
