FIELD: instrumentation.;SUBSTANCE: invention relates to instrumentation and can be used for design, testing and diagnostics of automatic regulation and control units for automatic control systems of complex technical objects, for example, gas turbine engines. A mobile stand for testing automatic control and monitoring units for a complex technical object contains an electronic regulator, simulators of executive mechanisms with digital modules, a software and hardware simulator of a complex technical object with a mathematical model, sensor simulators, a block for simulating breaks and short circuits of communication lines with the provision of operation in real time, while the stand is made in the constructive host computer with a module for connecting the interface part, which performs the functions of a supervisor of all processes, includes a unit with special software that generates and launches software tests, an information and diagnostic complex that stores and visualizes data on the automatic control system of complex technical object response for test influences, and the interface part in the form of a block of heterogeneous modules based on DSP microcontrollers, VLIW microcontrollers, programmable systems on a chip - SoC and programmable logic integrated circuits - PLIC which is a computing system that generates a large number of complex analog and discrete signals. A method for development and testing of an automatic control system of technical objects is also proposed, including the development of a mathematical model of a technical object, the development of test signals and testing of automatic control and control units of an automatic control system and control of an automatic control system of a technical object.;EFFECT: improving the quality and reliability of the automatic control system by achieving a high degree of similarity with the real operation of a complex technical object.;2 cl, 1 dwg
