摘要

Based on the image recognition principle, this paper gives a description of the digital speckle correlation method. We extend this method and develop a new digital metallographic image correlation recognition technique to measure the micro-deformation in engineering materials, meanwhile we improve and simplify the correlation algorithm ,and put forward a new correlation recognition algorithm. In the end, the micro-deformation of the stretched and coarse-grained A3 steel is measured by running our computer correlation recognition program, and its relative displacement field and strain field maps are drawn.
