摘要

In this paper, nanometer AI2O3 powder was prepared by sol-gel method. TEM, XRD, thermal analysis , IR and the grain-testing instructure were used to characterize the particle shape and phase, being heated, chemical bonds of hydrous cassiterite and size distribution.XRD and TEM showed the powder is fibrous y-AhOs in 800V and spherical a-Al2O3 in 1200 V. The grain-testing instructure showed that average particle diameter of y-Al2O3 is 36.2nm while that of a-Al2O3 is 125.6nm.The IR showed that aluminum stearate is synthesized in the process of sol-gel
