摘要

A systematic method for fault diagnosis of mining machine's transmission system based on the modern techniques of signal processing and failure diagnosis is presented in this paper. In order to simulate the on-line running and failure status, the 3D entity dynamic model for mining machine's transmission system has been finished by using the tools of Visual C++ , Visual LISP AUTOCAD and PHOTOSHOP, The data sampling methods and system are studied . By the acceleration sensors of piezocrystal, the vibration signals of main transmission system are tested. After analyzing these signals via the methods of statistics, frequency analysis and wavelet analysis ,the features of fault are picked up. The feature information of fault signals are separated by using the method of order ratio analysis, and the disturbing signals are wiped off, and then where the failure occurred can be made sure. By the decision-making of Artificial Neural Network (ANN), fuzzy identification and expert system ,the failures' types, position and its degree are diagnosed and showed quickly and accurately in the computer's displaying.
