摘要

Novel 1-3-2 piezoelectric composite has been developed, which is composed of piezoelectric ceramic plate and 1-3 piezoelectric composite in structure. It is fabricated by dicing PZT ceramic along mutually perpendicular directions on the surface and than filling epoxy into grooves. The piezoelectric and electromechanical properties of the novel composite are determined. The results show a coefficient d33 of 405 pC/N, a displacement of 114pm, an acoustic impendence of 13.3 Mraly, a bandwidth of 14.3kHz and a thickness electromechanical coupling coefficient of 0.56.
