摘要

Three commercial high density polyethylene (HDPE) resins prepared with different process technologies were evaluated for application as moisture barrier film resins. Effects of molecular structure and rheological properties on crystalline morphology and barrier performance were investigated. A pathway for barrier resin design was illustrated. New HDPE resins with optimized molecular structures exhibited excellent barrier performance and superior processibility.
