A Theoretical Framework on the 3PMF Operational Model

In this paper, we develop a theoretical framework that studies the 3PMF operational model, which comprises four modules: market and customer, MF element resources, business operation, and operational management. Accordingly, three types of 3PMF operational model are analyzed, which include: the fundamental model, synthetical model and advanced model. The primary form and characters are illuminated. Finally, we put forward a brief viewpoint of the status in quo of 3PMFs in China, and draw a conclusion with the further research in this field.
