摘要

This brief review is focused on the oxygen ionic transport processes in mixed-conducting perovskite-related phases, including perovskite-type ferrites derived from LaFeO_(3-δ) and SrFeO_(3-δ), SrCoO_3- and LnCoO_3-based cobaltites (Ln - rare-earth cation), perovskite-like LaNiO_3- and K_2NiF_4-type Ln_2NiO_4-based nickelates, and also derivatives of LaGaO_3 heavily doped with transition metal cations. The effects of cation radii, doping in both cationic sublattices, vacancy concentration, external conditions, and membrane surface activation on the transport properties are discussed.
