Investigations of Visible Light Photo Catalysts

摘要

Photo catalytic materials based on Titanium dioxide have in recent years become a subject of major interest not only for a number of material producers,but also for the public in general.The possible applications,be it self cleaning surfaces,anti bacterial coatings,decomposition of organic impurities in air or water have inspired the public and the scientific community and given rise to big expectations regarding business opportunities.Time shall tell whether these expectations can be fulfilled.
