Solar neutrons are observed by ground based neutron monitors and by solar neutron telescopes. In solar cycle 23,neutrons were detected from solar flares with X-ray class smaller than X8.On November 24,2000 and August 25,2001,solar neutrons were detected by the Bolivia neutron monitor when hard electromagnetic radiation were observed by the Yohkoh satellite. The solar neutron event of May 28,2003 was detected by the Norikura 64m~2 solar neutron telescope and the Hawaii solar neutron telescope. On November 28,1998 and September 24,2001,solar neutrons were also detected by the Tibet solar neutron telescope.Excesses for the latter three events were detected from the direction of the sun.
