Laser Transmission Welding of Colored Polyolefin Thermoplastics Elastomer

摘要

In recent years, it is required that connecting method of Automobile plastics is flexible mold design of welding form. As an example, it is listed welding between the different kind of plastics materials. In this paper, the case is that welding method of Polyolefin Thermoplastics Elastomer and Polypropylene. Advantage of the Polyolefin Thermoplastics Elastomer can be colored to black color, do non color-bleeding and have the property of high transmission of Laser. Welding method of soft and hard material has a variety of possibility at Automobile and electronic equipment industries.
