Precise optical parts molding with lower pressured injection molding method

摘要

Our new injection molding method, making air gap between resin and part of cavity surface during cooling, is tried for a special specimen. The results say that the method would be suitable for optical parts, even if they have larger accurate lens or mirror surface compared with inaccurate surface.
