Panel Discussion on Broader Applications and Impact of SFf

Manufacturing research in the area of SFF is at a crossroad. Can the relatively mature SFF technologies have a significant impact on other areas of manufacturing research? Can other technologies be effectively adapted to leverage concepts and principles developed from SFF? What were the pioneering developments in SFF that accelerated original research and development? What is the next significant direction for SFF and from where will the resources come to advance the new course? These questions were posed to a panel of leaders in the field of SFF.
