Risk Analysis for the Hi-Tech Start-up Project: A Case Study

摘要

The paper makes an investigation for a Hi-tech start-up project of aqueous paint in a university high-tech park in Shandong (called project A), and analyzes the risk factors of the aqueous paint project. Using the risk distribution model, we calculate the risk probability of the single and combined factors, and then put forwards some control tactics for the main risk factors of the aqueous paint project.
