Research on Technological Knowledge Application in the Course of an Enterprise Technological Knowledge Operation: A Case Study

摘要

The procedure of the technologic knowledge operation in an enterprise includes four prime stages that are generation, application internality (internal sharing) and protecting of the technologic knowledge. However, the technological knowledge using is the key stage of the succession of technologic knowledge operation of an enterprise. This paper compares the characteristic of the different technologic knowledge using, analyzes a variety of barriers of the technological knowledge using, and puts forward the key solved problems establishing the mechanism of the technological knowledge using. At last, this paper gives a case study.
