Research on How Factors Affect the Efficiency of Knowledge Transfer in the Knowledge Strategic Alliance

This paper analyzes the meaning and the basic characteristics of knowledge strategic alliance. After elaborating the knowledge transfer process among the alliance members and the alliance member's learning mechanism, it constructs knowledge transfer model based on the flow. It discussed the factors which affect the knowledge transfer efficiency in the knowledge strategic alliances, and proposed four aspects affecting the knowledge transfer efficiency in the strategic alliances: the alliances member's learning capability, knowledge itself, the main body of knowledge transfer and knowledge transfer scene. Through the questionnaire of 20 knowledge enterprises it examines the hypothesies. Its result completely fits the supposition. Finally proposed three suggestions of enhancing the knowledge transfer efficiency.
