An Evaluation System for Lean Management in Automobile Firm

摘要

This paper provided an exploratory hierarchical framework for evaluating lean management performance, and then established a comprehensive index system of lean management in a creative way. Through being applied in an automobile firm, the developed system was to be tested for its validity and usefulness.
