Intellectual Property Management at Universities in Inland China

摘要

Intellectual property (IP) management is an important subject in Chinese universities. However, little is known about how this subject is taught in inland universities. The authors were commissioned to investigate the IP management activities in inland universities by the Japan Bank for International Cooperation (JBIC). In particular, we present statistical information about IP activities and discuss the general approach taken to IP management.
