In order to design the indoor air quality on bio-aerosol appropriately, it is necessary to clarify the actual status of contamination caused by microbe such as bacteria and fungi in indoor environments. This report describes the results from an investigation of contamination state of a microbe by Andersen sampler in a building. The main conclusions obtained from this research are as follows. (1) The airborne fungi concentration exceeded the academic standard value. (2) As a result of average aerodynamic diameter, airborne fungi concentration and species were easily affected by the outdoor air, but the outdoor air had little or no effect on the airborne bacteria.
