Circulatory and efficient removal technology for VOC(Volatile Organic Compounds) gases exhausted from coating and printing plants was developed by diffusion scrubber method. The removal equipment consisted of parallel plate type of diffusion scrubber with porous PTFE (PolyTetraFluoroEthylene) membrane unit It could remove VOC gases by flowing in polluted air into the narrow space between two parallel units. As results of evaluation experiments, it was found that the developed equipment could remove Toluene with more than 50 percent of removal efficiency, Ethylbenzene and p-Xylene with about 60 percent of removal efficiency at flow rate of 1200m~3/h. The developed removal equipment in this study has a lot of advantages compared with the conventional removal technology of VOC.
