Study on formula and technical parameters for solid tires perfused with polyurethane elastomers

In this paper, formula and technical parameters for solid tires perfused with polyurethane elastomers were studied. Factors affecting properties of PUs were studied as follows: type and ratio of various polyols, ratio of soft segment to hard segment, the using amount of crosslink agent and fill oil. Technical parameters were also determined including tire pressure, cure and post-cure temperature and time.
