The Cascaded Dispatching Automation System of the Three Gorges

摘要

The Three Gorges is the largest water resource project of China. The cascaded dispatching automation system of the Three Gorges on one hand plays very important role in extracting, processing and applying of the data from reservoir, power generation and channel navigation, on the other hand it serves as the planning and execution platform of reservoir dispatching and cascaded power station generation. This article demonstrates and analyzes the design and development of the system from the following aspects: remote sensing, central station, network application software and so on.
