Functions Effects of Non-woven Cloth in Matrix Protection of Ecological Restoration Projects of Barren Land

Non-woven cloth can be applied to projects of roof afforestation, vertical planting, and ecological environment restoration of slopes. As a material for protection of matrix, non-woven cloth can be used to prevent the wind erosion, splash erosion, and ravine erosion of matrix surface layers, thus stopping the loss of matrix. Non-woven cloth can also absorb and preserve rainwater fast and provide more water for the matrix layers so as to achieve excellent effects in water and soil conservation. Meanwhile, due to the capillary functions, non-woven cloth can absorb water in three dimensions. So the application of non-woven cloth can further improve the quality of projects of roof afforestation, slope afforestation, vertical planting, and ecological environment restoration of barren land.
