摘要

Microbiological control of proliferation and colonisation of pathogenic bacteria by microflora manipulation became a hot topic in modern aquaculture. In order to gain knowledge on the activity of the resident gut flora and its interactions with the host, in vivo research is needed (Tinh et al., 2007). In this study, Dicentrarchus labrax sea bass larvae reared under germ-free (axenic) and conventional (xenic) conditions are used to study the influence of the different environments on the development of the digestive tract.
