The increasing use of fish oil as a source of fat in the production of fish and crustacean feeds results in the overexploitation of natural resources. Thus, attention should be paid to the possibility of using vegetable oils in fish feeding (Piedecausa et al. 2007). The aim of this study was to determine the effect of oil quality in the feed on the performance of juvenile pikeperch.
