The strategy of the aquaculture enterprises has to surmount the undifferentiated traditional focus with the price competition, function of the offer and the efficiency in the productive process, displacing the attention from the product towards the market, making it necessary to analyse the factors that determine the purchase decision and the frequency of consumption of fish from aquaculture origin. This work approaches the mentioned objective carrying out a specific application to the consumption ofseabass and seabream in Spain.
