摘要

Enzyme-based synthesis has received considerable attention because of its bio- and environmental compatibility and efficiency [1-3]. Introducing enzyme-catalyzed syntheses into the engineering of micro- and nanoparticles and shells in order to add new properties is of special interest.While applying a method of Layer-by-layer (LbL) adsorption of oppositely charged polyelectrolytes, proteins and particles to tiny particles, nanoorganized capsules with wall thickness of several nanometers can be formed after dissolution of the interior core [4].
