Procedure Strategy of Engineering Claims in the International Construction Contract Project

Engineering Claim is a powerless sector in China construction contract project management. According to the practical experience in the Indus Highway No.9 Contract Project in Pakistan, in this thesis the author discusses engineering claim work systematically, which including how come into being major reasons, ask for providing against works, follow the basic principles, abide by important procedures as well as adopt necessary strategy. It is beneficial to improve China construction industry administration level and make use of engineering claim rightly and to participate in international market competition as soon as possible, and furthermore, in accordance with development tide of current international construction contract project.
