摘要

The appearance of fracture, metallurgical structure, mechanical performance and rigidity of Aluminium Lithium alloy are studied. It can be found that the strength and the elongate rate of joint increases earlier and then decreases with the welding velocity increasing. The highest strength (coefficient was 67%) and the highest elongation percentage 14.4% are reached when the welding velocity is 200 mm/min. After solid solution aging treatments, the strength coefficient reach 72.5%. This paper analyzes the appearance of zone fracture and metallurgical structure by comparing the highest strength joint with the lowest one and then researches the reason that the joint strength was different with two parameters.
