In this study, comparative studies on the thermal conductivity of the guarded heat flow meter and laser flash method were employed and discussed in detail. For the Al_2O_3-filled PA6 composites, the compounds containing Al_2O_3, ND and CNT additives were fabricated and hot-pressed. As a result, the thermal stability and conductivity of composites increased with increasing filler content; high filler content built more thermally conductive paths than low filler content. Al_2O_3 and ND particles combined obtained higher thermal conductivity of 2.211 W/mK. In short, it obviously showed sample thickness dependence of the composites; thinner is higher thermal conductivity. In addition, the enhancement to thermal conductivity by CNTs was larger than that to thermal conductivity by NDs.
