This paper is the second part of the complete work, of the same authors, with title "SYSTEM DYNAMICS SIMULATION MODEL OF THE PORT-TRANSHIPMENT SYSTEM". The first part of this work, authors represented on the MITIP 2002 Conference (031S-MTPO2) in Savona, Italy. In this second part, authors have presented global system dynamics flow diagram in the DYNAMO symbolic and details about expert-intelligence logics of the SKLOK, SKLOW and SKLOS complex functions. The aims of this paper are to show the efficiency of this modeling approach, to give engineers and students the better "point of view" or tool for the non-linear dynamics models simulation, as it would improve education processes, and to present an example for supporting new education quality, exactly as it is in case of THE PORT-TRANSHIPMENT SYSTEM (PTSS), which we presented in diagram Dynamics Models of the Port-Transshipment System as "hold" (Figure 1).
