Considering comprehensively the elastic modulus, matrix crack stress, compliance, crack propagation energy, creep in the quasi-steady state, endurance lifetime, creep damage, creep threshold, fatigue limit, fatigue damage, pre-fatigue, interaction between creep and fatigue, the method of prediction lifetime for 3D-C/SiC was proposed. This prediction method was based on damage evolution. According to the experimental results, the critical damage value was 0.29, not 1.
