Textile industry is a water-using one, particularly in dyeing process. There are many advanced and developing dyeing processes, the exhaust dyeing process is the most common and practical dyeing one; it is also a simple and easy process for knitting dyeing process. There is a serious weakness in exhaust dyeing process. It is a great quantity of water is used and there is a large number of wastewater in exhaust dyeing. To dyeing 1 ton knitting, it depletes about 270-380 tons water and discharges about 200-360 tons wastewater. Treating wastewater and utilization of reuse water are important and of momentous current significance for knitting bleaching-dyeing process. chromaticity and lower paste concentration.
