The effectiveness of human resource has great impact on the quality of construction projects. Competitions today are in a global level, and almost all the construction corporations in China have realizes the challenge. The article suggests that to set up a sustainable human resource mechanism is a very important way to build corporate advantage. Sustainable human resource can proved corporations high quality of talents and favorite conditions for talents to develop potentials and make commitment to corporate goal. It is very urgent for Chinese constructions to realize the importance of sustainable human resource development and apply the idea into corporative strategy to achieve advantage in competition by sustainable human resource management.
